The Jaimes family founded El Nuevo Mexico Restaurant in 1997 and it remains family owned and operated to this day. Siblings Bernard, Gloria, Jaime, Cesar, Elvia, and Jorge are always on hand to ensure a friendly and satisfying experience. The Jaimes’ are committed to creating an environment that invites you to unwind and feel like part of the family.
